If you choose to complete one of our online forms or email lists, the personal information you provide will be used by Vegan Society of Japan to enable us to answer your queries and to provide you with information that interest to you. It will also be used to send you an e-mail if we are unable to contact you via telephone.

This information will be solely used by the Vegan Society of Japan. We do not supply any information about you to anyone unless required by law to do so, or where you have given your consent in advance.

We do not give details to any other company. We may use the personal information you give us to keep you informed of changes to our information and services, and of special offers that we think may be of interest to you. If you do not wish to be marketed in this way you can write to.

Under data protection law, any individual may write to us and request a copy of the information which we hold about you. You also have the right to have any inaccuracies in your personal data corrected.
